Retention Guarantee / Replacement Policy

Each of our service packages also incorporates a retention warranty, meaning that if you lose any of the likes/followers we promised at the commencement of the service package, you will be able to request replacements free of charge. There are however limitations and exceptions, so please consult our terms and conditions in full before going ahead with any of our services.

Fraudulent Transactions and Refunds

Should you suspect that your credit card or personal information have been used to place a fraudulent order without your permission, get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. We take fraudulent activity very seriously and will seek to prosecute those who abuse our products and services to the highest extent of the law.
